Although we do our best to satisfy you by giving you opportunity to select products on best price offered as compared to other online sites and unique selection of shipping service but there could be instances where we may lag behind customer satisfaction. To overcome with that problem we offer return/exchange policy based on below guidelines.
- In case, we shipped wrong item which you did not select or ordered, we offer you full refund in exchange of the item, provided that it is not damaged by any means and its original packaging is intact and it has never been used. Any such item must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Refund will be made along with shipping charges within 7 days of delivery back to us.
- In case, you didn’t like the item or you have changed your mind, we offer you refund but customer has to bear shipping charges, item(s) should not be damaged by any means or used. Item(S) must be dispatched within 3 days of receiving delivery. We shall deduct 10% of restocking fee from the total price of the item.
- In case you received item damaged, or faulty. Please contact us as soon as you receive such item(s) so we can initiate exchange against the faulty one.
No refund or exchange shall be claimed after 3 days of receiving orders.
